5. Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds

Booking retainers, payment deadlines, cancellation requirements, rescheduling, and refund eligibility are governed by the applicable photography contract and the Kaeproductions Refund, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, a booking retainer is nonrefundable to the extent permitted by applicable law. A minimum of 48 hours' written notice is required for client cancellations and rescheduling requests under our standard policy.

Please review the Refund Policy and your photography contract before completing a booking. If the documents appear inconsistent, they will be interpreted consistently to the extent reasonably possible and in accordance with applicable law.

6. Client Galleries and Downloads

Certain services may provide access to private online galleries, digital downloads, or other delivery platforms.

Clients are responsible for protecting gallery links, passwords, and downloaded files. Clients should download and back up purchased images promptly and review any gallery-expiration or storage terms provided with their service.

Gallery access, download permissions, personal-use rights, and restrictions on sharing or reproduction are governed by the applicable service agreement and print release.

Kaeproductions cannot guarantee the continued availability of third-party platforms or materials shared outside systems under our control.

7. Privacy and Personal Information

Your use of this website is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how Kaeproductions collects, uses, stores, and shares personal information and photographs.
